The enterprise details response now includes an estimated_usage block. It reports the estimated number of data requests, an upper estimate for collecting all available data without the timeline, and the number of available document downloads. The estimate uses precomputed indicators and does not add registry queries while serving the API request.

PDF receipts were added for every document available for download through ESG API. A receipt and its original file share the same document entitlement: the first access to either one counts the document, while subsequent access within the same billing period is only logged.
Endpoints for EIA post-project monitoring reports, their downloads, and receipts are now documented. The /api/v1/me response also includes separate usage figures for the current day, tariff month, and billing period.

The permission details response now includes the related_enterprises field.
The field shows the primary permission owner and additional linked enterprises, for example a branch or subdivision for which the permission was issued. This field is not returned in the permission list to keep list responses compact.

The API and documentation for integrated environmental permit cases and related data were updated. The is_present_in_registry field was added to IEP case responses, and a separate IEP case endpoint for status history was added together with event_type and message fields for status history items.
The API can now explicitly show whether a case is currently present in the official registry, and a full paginated case status history with service events such as disappearance from and return to the registry can be fetched separately.

The new EIA case statuses dictionary and the status_id and status_name fields in responses for EIA cases, related documents, and hearings were added.
It is now possible to fetch the list of EIA case statuses separately and to see the current case status in both short and full EIA API responses.

Interactive Swagger UI documentation and the option to download the OpenAPI specification file were added.
It is now possible to browse endpoints, request and response schemas in Swagger UI, and to use the OpenAPI file in your own API tools and SDK generators.

Documentation for integrated environmental permits was added, including separate sections for cases, documents, and hearings.
It is now possible to work separately with cases, related documents, downloads, and hearings in this API section.

The first version of ESG SaveEcoBot API and the base documentation were published. The first version included:
- general API overview and authorization;
- response format and current API key information;
- dictionaries;
- enterprise data;
- domain sections and special ESG API sections.
